Children will love to form CVCC and CCVC words with this lacing bead set. Cards are initially laid out with the yellow side facing up to show the picture of the CVCC or CCVC word. Children pick a card and identify the missing word, form the word using a string and beads, then lay the word on top of the card. Cards are self-checking with answer on the reverse. All the words are taken from the bank of suggested words in phase 4 of the Letters & Sounds programme, some of the words include phase 3 graphemes. Beads are orange and dark purple to macth phases 2 and 3. Set includes 100 beads, 25 double-sided cards (12x10cm), 25 strings (17cm long) and a clear storage box. Suitable for ages 4+.
